Our Company which was established in May/2013 by aiming the repair of Carbide die, PCD die, ND die and sales of new product. Within our Company which was established due to the requirement in this sector, for service purpose, we have been expanding by improving ourselves further every year. In order for our service to be useful, we closely follow the technology and adapt ourselves to all innovations and apply these innovations.
In order to offer suitable and quality products to our customers, we make new machine purchases and R&D studies every year. Together with our experienced team, we train new and young masters who have full technical knowledge and business skills at a higher level of working conditions in the market. In our plant, we make 1500- 2000 new PCD&ND dies and die repairs per month with our staff of 4 people, as 3 masters and 1 journeyman. In the Carbide section, we make 750 - 1000 repairs monthly with our 5 master staff and we have 500 - 750 new sales monthly.
PCD and ND dies; are used in drawing copper, gold and aluminum wire. In addition, in 1008 carbon iron wires, using PCD die is increasing. In the light of this, we both export and import PCD and ND dies. We also make Copper wire drawing, Aluminum wire drawing, Gold wire manufacturing, Copper bunching dies, Cable, Nipple and Die sets in accordance with the demands of our customers.
We buy scrap carbide dies with their cores from our customers on a ton or kg basis and make the purchase pricing in foreign currency after we see the material. We ensure the customer to be profitable by purchase and sale in foreign currency. Or, based on the customer’s confirmation, barter is made through the procurement of new dies instead of payment.
In addition, scrap Tungsten Carbide die disassembly is carried out in our plant.
Our sales are mostly in Turkey domestic market and our exports are to Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran and Algeria.
Our aim is to maximize the customer satisfaction by offering quality products in PCD and ND dies and triple our overseas targets in 2020.
